Requirement Analysis
We have to understand your business needs. This will include any issues
you currently have, what your frustrations are, what may be holding
your company back, and how we can make your business more productive.
Specification
At Atech Systems we will provide a complete personalised solution
that is informative, but omits all the technical jargon often used
within the computer industry. We will make sure that you fully understand
the IT solution we propose to implement.
System Build
Whether it is the supply of a complete new network, or an upgrade
to your existing system, we will keep you up to date throughout the
project. Infrastructure projects often involve external suppliers.
This is where our project management comes into its own. The combination
of our knowledge and expertise and our preferred IT suppliers is second
to none.
Off-site Staging
Where practical, we can build the solution off site. This will include
full testing before implementation on site. This naturally reduces
the disruption within your office.
Implementation
This is the phase where your new system goes live. It is implemented
at a convenient time for your business e.g. out of business hours.
Should you require it; a staff training course can be developed at
the same time as the build phase so you can be assured it will be
as personal as the system we have configured. Our trainers will be
on site to help with any problems your staff may experience on the
first day that the new system is implemented. This ensures that rapid
assistance is available to handle any queries that might arise.
